management requesting a complete start-up team for a petrochemical
facility located on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana, to be recruited
and mobilized within a two-week period.
This start-up team consisted of: Mechanical engineers,
electrical engineers, electrical and instrumentation technicians,
control room operators, auxiliary operators, plant systems
procedure writers and training personnel. Precision Resource
