Case Study A: International leader in the design, construction and maintenance of power plants and petrochemical facilities.

We received a call from the company’s management requesting a complete start-up team for a petrochemical facility located on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana, to be recruited and mobilized within a two-week period.

This start-up team consisted of: Mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, electrical and instrumentation technicians, control room operators, auxiliary operators, plant systems procedure writers and training personnel. Precision Resource Company developed a strategic plan to identify and recruit the professionals for both their national and international work. Through our Managed Staffing Program (MSP), we were able to meet the demands for staffing this new business.
